A New Jersey Transit bus driver was hospitalized Wednesday after he was beaten by seven juveniles at a terminal in Paterson, authorities said. The attack occurred at 4:34 p.m. at the Broadway Bus Terminal. The driver operates the 171 line at the terminal, an NJ Transit spokesman said Thursday.

A former school bus driver recently pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery, concluding a case involving a then-10-year-old boy who had allegedly been acting out.

Friday, a woman named Lillian Dixon posted a 15-minute video on Facebook and said she was the bus driver that day and wanted to share what happened.
